Completed a Training program on “Extreme Weather Concreting” for Engineers from TATA PROJECTS Limited, Chennai Metro Phase II Project, Madhavaram Chennai.
This was the first offline event of the three sessions I had done for the TATA Projects in 3 weeks.
First training session was on the “Mass Concrete”, – Online
Second training session was on “Extreme weather Concreting”. – Online
This one was the third session I had again on “Extreme Weather Concreting”. – Offline
Its is great experience to be with these engineers working in prestigious projects and share my thoughts and train them in the logics of sorting issues as a “Concrete Engineer”.
Its fun and learning for me too, making my trainees analyse the problem and then logically arrive at a practical and conomical solution around the established methods and new technology available.
